Board Member
Sean Allen. I am a father, husband, former candidate for Sheriff, lifelong martial artist and dedicated to the mission of the NAACP. My law enforcement experience includes over 25 years as a trainer, supervising/managing Personnel, investigating police misconduct/performance, investigations and Union leader. Before I started my career, I was wrongfully arrested, incarcerated and ultimately exonerated for a crime I did not commit. In 2015, I prevailed in a discrimination and harassment lawsuit against my employer. These are some of the reasons the Co-Committee Chair for Law Redress is a good fit for me. As a black man, I am committed to justice and equality for the purpose of the NAACP.
